Single European Railway Area and further opening of the railways market, 25 Apr 2013 [Clear]

With regards to the EU’s opening of the market of international rail passenger transport accompanying the Communication on the fourth railway package; this motion supported the Government’s aim of ensuring any resulting measures are appropriate, encourage competition and help to deliver a level playing field across the EU; and further supports the Government’s view that any such measures should be evidence-based, proportionate and reduce or at least minimise the regulatory, administrative and cost burden for industry.

The Most Vulnerable Remain Supporting MPs

408 of the UK’s 650 constituencies voted leave on 23rd June 2016. That is nearly 2 / 3 of all Parliamentary constituencies in the UK voting to leave.
In 388 constituencies the leave vote exceeded the vote for the sitting MP.

This analysis shows which of the MPs that opposed Leave in the referendum are the most vulnerable if they oppose, or water down, Brexit.
