Legislation proposed giving Prime Minister Boris Johnson until 19th October 2019 to pass a new Brexit deal, if he did not achieve that the bill would force him to ask for an extension of Article 50 until 31st January 2020. The Bill has been amended with the call to have another vote on Theresa May’s final Brexit deal.
