Bob Neill, Member of Parliament for Bromley and Chislehurst, proposed a private members bill to make provision for the holding of a referendum in the United Kingdom and Gibraltar on the United Kingdom’s membership of the European Union. The Liberal Democrats have refused to allow enough Parliamentary time for the completion of this Bill.
